This document is drafted as per the Indian and international laws and rules. It should be noted that this document only includes a Privacy Policy. Other related documents like website Terms and Conditions and Cookies Policy need to be drafted separately. Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are separate documents.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

MCC doesn’t make money from ads. So we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. The tracking we do at MCC is to make our product work as well as possible. This includes our basic functions like allowing our members to get their personalized job suggestions and key features like getting know by other memebers about you. So, to give you the best possible experience in using our platform, we collect information from your interactions with our Services. Some of this information, you actively tell us (such as your email address, which we use to track your account or communicate with you).

We use this information to:

• provide, test, improve, promote and personalize the Services
• generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how people use the Services
• To show personalized job suggestions
• Help Recruiters find and contact you

Data Security

We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account.
MCC doesn't share our data to any third party teams and these datas are stored in encrypted method.

The privacy and data protection is mandated Information Technology Act, read with information Technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules.
